RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Here at MalisBeauty one of our many core values is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

 

1. Returns

 

- You have 14 days from the date that you receive your purchase to return it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unused and in the original packaging.

- Proof of purchase and/or a Receipt is required in order to complete your return.

2. Refunds

 

- Once your item has been received, it will be inspected. Upon inspection you will be notified that your return has been received. Once inspection is complete- granted that all rules regarding returns have been followed, you will then be notified of either an approval or rejection of your return.

- If approved, a refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. Refunds can usually take up to 14 days depending on your card issuer's policy.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

 

- If you are yet to receive a refund, please refresh and check your account.

- If you have done that already, you'll need to contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund fully processed.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is complete.

4. Sale Items

 

Only regular priced items (items that are not discounted/on sale) are eligible to be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

 

Items are only eligible for replacement if they are either defective or damaged. Should you need to make an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@malisbeauty.co.uk and send your item(s) to the address given.

 

6. Shipping

 

- To make a return please mail your product to the address provided on the return slip in your original package.

- Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs paid during a return are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.

If your return is approved you will ONLY be refunded for the cost of the item purchased.

- Depending on location/address, postal delivery times may vary.

- If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned item(s) will be received. In the case that we do not receive the item- if you are unable to provide proof of shipping, unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund of any sort.
